A: Go to the "Network" tab in AgentDash, then click "Network Academy".
Q: Are courses required?
A: Some courses in Network Academy are required, such as our Annual Network Training or courses that your Network Development Coach assigns you. Courses that you can enroll yourselves in, such as our professional development courses, are optional!
Q: Who do I contact if I'm having problems with Network Academy?

Q: Where do I find courses I can enroll myself in?
A: Courses can be found in the "Catalog" in Network Academy. Click the "enroll" button on the course and it will become available for you to take.
Q: Does Network Academy have anything else besides online courses?
A: Yes! Click the "Resources" tab to access helpful resources such as Agent Expectations, Client Home Checklist, Referrals FAQ, and more!
Q: Who do I reach out to if I have a course suggestion?
A: Please reach out to your Network Development Coach with course and topic suggestions and they will make sure it gets to our Agent Training team.
Q: How will I know if there's new courses available?
A: Check AgentDash regularly for updates on new courses and resources!
