ROV requests no longer need to be submitted through Encompass – the Veteran can submit their request directly to the VA. Additionally, the only required document is the communication from the borrower outlining the value they are requesting. The comparable grid and MLS listings are no longer required, although they can help strengthen the Veteran’s request.
