  1. Can I map more than one AgentDash milestone to the same Follow Up Boss stage?

    Yes. You can map multiple AgentDash milestones to a single Follow Up Boss (FUB) stage. This allows you to keep your CRM workflow simple while still tracking detailed progress inside AgentDash.

  2. Can I change my stage mapping configuration later?

    Absolutely. You can update your stage mapping at any time by navigating to:

    Profile Page → CRM Connections

    Your changes will apply moving forward once saved.

  3. What stages are pulled into AgentDash?

    Follow Up Boss stages are unique to each agent or brokerage. AgentDash pulls stages directly from your individual FUB account, which means available stage options will vary by user. You will only see stages that exist

    inside your connected Follow Up Boss account.

  4. What happens if I create a new Follow Up Boss stage and want to map it to AgentDash milestones?

    If you create a new stage inside Follow Up Boss, it will automatically sync into AgentDash and appear as an eligible stage option.


    To map it:

    1. Go to CRM Connections

    2. Update your stage-to-milestone configuration

    3. Save your changes


    No additional setup is required beyond updating your configuration.

  5. What happens if I choose not to set up milestone mapping?

    If milestone mapping is not configured, AgentDash will not update stages inside Follow Up Boss. However, as milestones are completed in AgentDash, we will automatically add a note inside the contact record in FUB indicating the updated milestone.


    This ensures you still have visibility into client progress, even without stage automation enabled.

  6. Do all clients sync with this configuration?

    Only clients referred by RSSN will sync with Follow Up Boss under this integration.
