How to Connect Follow Up Boss and Configure Stage Mapping

Connect your Follow Up Boss account to AgentDash to automatically sync RSSN-referred clients and keep your Follow Up Boss stages aligned with AgentDash milestones.

Before You Begin

You'll need:

  • An active Follow Up Boss account

  • Access to AgentDash

  • Permission to connect third-party applications to your Follow Up Boss account

Important: The Follow Up Boss integration is a one-way sync from AgentDash to Follow Up Boss. Any updates you make in AgentDash, including client information, milestones, and status updates configured through stage mapping, can be sent to Follow Up Boss. However, updates made directly in Follow Up Boss will not sync back to AgentDash. To ensure accurate reporting and client tracking, continue managing referral milestones and required updates in AgentDash.

Step 1: Connect Your Follow Up Boss Account

  1. Log in to AgentDash.

  2. Navigate to Profile.

  3. Expand the CRM Connections section.

  4. Select Connect next to Follow Up Boss.

  5. Review how the integration works and click Continue to Login.

  6. Sign in to your Follow Up Boss account.

  7. When prompted, grant AgentDash permission to access your Follow Up Boss account.

Once authorized, your accounts will be connected.

Step 2: Choose Which Clients to Sync

After connecting your account, you'll be asked whether you want to:

  • Sync Existing Clients – imports your existing RSSN-referred clients into Follow Up Boss.

  • Just New Clients – only syncs new referrals received going forward.

Select the option that best fits your workflow.

Step 3: Configure Milestone-to-Stage Mapping

After choosing your client sync preference, you'll have the option to map AgentDash milestones to Follow Up Boss stages.

Select Set Up Mapping to begin.

Map Your Buying Milestones

For each AgentDash buying milestone, choose the corresponding Follow Up Boss stage.

Select a Follow Up Boss stage for each milestone, then click Continue to Selling.

Map Your Selling Milestones

Next, map your selling milestones:

Once all milestones have been mapped, click Save & Finish.

Managing Your Integration

Edit Stage Mapping

You can update your milestone-to-stage mapping at any time:

  1. Go to Profile

  2. Open CRM Connections

  3. Click Edit Mapping

Changes will apply moving forward once saved.

Turn Milestone Sync On or Off

When stage mapping is configured, milestone syncing is automatically enabled.

You can disable milestone syncing at any time using the toggle in the CRM Connections section. Your saved mappings will remain available if you decide to turn syncing back on later.

Disconnect Follow Up Boss

To completely remove the integration:

  1. Go to Profile

  2. Open CRM Connections

  3. Click Disconnect

You can reconnect your account at any time.
